The Spiritual System

Knowledge of God through prayer, devotion, and service to others.

The one who is seeking for knowledge is consciously trying to come out of the sea of chaos. In order to come out of it, a spiritual system is required. Various religious and spiritual orientations offer such systems. He denies none of them, but chooses the one or more that are the closest to him.

These things can be useful:

  • The study of religious sources, their roots, commonalities and their differences.
  • The conscious practice of selected prayers.
  • The conscious visiting of holy places, their cleaning if it is necessary and possible.
  • The sacrifice and service to others, i.e. unpaid conscious work for the sake of society, community or service to those who need the help.

1.Knowledge and objective acceptance of self and the others.

  • One gets to know not only by studying spiritual literature, but by introducing of what is known to his life. Therefore, it must become
    his life yoga.
  • This introduction is not possible without a conscious observation and introspection.
    • Observation – it is not an estimation of others or self. The deeper one learns to observe, the more he knows his weaknesses and strengths, and the easier it is for him then to deal with them properly, the more successful he is doing what he has to do, being where and with whom he has to be. He can see signs deeper and deeper and learns how to follow them.

Extremely useful is daily diary writing, fulfilling the last years analysis before your birthday, correcting mistakes, learning the lessons from them and resolutely going on. In this way, one slowly is becoming a consciously-acting observer.

In order to become such an observer, three obstacles must be overcome, that impede any seeker: indecision, doubts, and attachments. These three barriers usually grow out of the root of one main vice of all vices: pride.

All of this is overcome by developing basic traits of conscious human: Faith, justice, honesty, will, responsibility for one’s thoughts, words and deeds, self – discipline, non-egoism, sincerity, and simplicity.

Only the one who is able to observe his thoughts, words, deeds and reactions objectively, sees his masks and the True Self. In this way, the mind and emotions are gradually calming down, life and attitude towards the self and the world are put in order.

      • The consciously responsible person understands much deeper the significance of gratitude and apology. Concepts to give and to take open up to him the harmonious relationship of the spirit and materiality more clearly. Relationships with loved ones, particularly their closest, open up the deeper layers of the work with himself, learning to accept himself and others as they are, without demanding and estimating, as well as without pressing himself and his position on others.
      • A new understanding of karma or the process of cause and effect is formed, focusing on self-selection as the engine of human evolution.
      • The conscious man understands much deeper the importance of his current country of birth in the process of his soul evolution, so he tries to get to know it, its history, heritage of Spirit and to help in what he may.

      2. Understanding of self as subtle systems and their harmonious interaction between themselves. Practices that help to understand it and become harmonious.

Strangulation of internal problems eventually turn into psychological and physical problems, and their “throwing out” onto others turns into relationship problems. Hence, it is necessary to find for oneself a suitable method of negative energy transformation. Only a man that is harmonious inside can develop a harmonious environment around himself. In order to become such, one must learn to control his mind and reactions, while maintaining internal balance in all conditions with minimal effort, without disturbing the harmony of environment, but remaining resolute, strong-willed and capable in self-dependent decisions and material life. This requires daily practicing. Practices may vary, depending on the individual.

      Suitable are:

      • Analysis and practice of various orientations of yoga, their side factors and benefits.
      • Being conscious in nature, getting to know diversity of consciousnesses living in it – minerals, flora and fauna. Application to everyday life of what was learned from these consciousnesses, observing, monitoring and reacting.
      • Learning not to suppress inappropriate emotions and outbreaks, as well as not to disturb with them the environment, another person and harmony of relationships, but to express them with auxiliary means:
        • Through sound, music, singing (release and expression).
        • Through movement, dance (relaxation and expression).
        • Through drawing (sedation of emotions and thoughts).
        • Through writing of diary or otherwise (expression of emotions and thoughts, their clarification by formulating, sedation).
        • Through crafts (mind sedation).
        • Meditational jogging in nature (mind sedation).
        • Practices in water, swimming (emotional sedation).
        • Natural therapy (natural scents, sounds) (support for the body, psyche, mind and spirit).
        • Mineral therapy (support for the body, psyche, mind and spirit).
        • Manual work therapy (emotional and mental sedation).
        • Sports (education of endurance, patience and discipline).
        • Travel therapy (especially useful in periods of changes).
        • Messages as means of relaxation, provided that they are carried out properly. Otherwise, there may be enough side factors.

So the Anthropotheosophist understands that a healthy, fully clean and honest lifestyle is not an aspiration, but a natural need for awakening soul. He is trying to respond to this need. In this way, slowly going, he eventually hears also the Call, which he must respond to…
